Prerequisites and what you will need to provide:
Before ordering our services, please make sure that you meet the following prerequisites and have the following things ready for our visit:
- Have a working computer with the ability to connect to the internet;
- Have a stable and secure internet connection (public networks are not safe);
- Have basic computer skills, a keyboard, a mouse, and the ability to get around on the internet;
- Have a working Smartphone with the ability to download Google Authenticator from the app store;
- Have basic skills to use a smartphone or have a trusted individual who can;
- Have a valid government issued ID (ex. Driver License or Passport) for crypto exchange on-boarding;
- Have a checking account number and routing number for crypto exchange on-boarding; and
- Have a secure email account (ex. gmail with phone verification codes).
Terms of Payment:
All services, except "By the Hour", must be fully prepaid. For "By the Hour" services, the one hour minimum and any Travel Fee must be prepaid. When requesting emergency services, the $500 emergency services fee must also be prepaid. Payments may be made by Zelle, Venmo, or check (with enough time to clear).

Travel Fee:
Lucas resides in Osprey, Florida. If your location is within 15 miles from Lucas' home, there will be no additional travel fee. There is only a travel fee of $50 for each additional 15 miles of travel distance to your location, over the initial 15 miles.
For example, if you are located 25 miles away from Lucas' home, the first 15 miles are included in the flat fee cost of service and there will be one $50 travel fee charged for the remaining 10 miles.
Cities Lucas travels to are listed on the Home page, however, Lucas may choose to travel further. Please do not hesitate to ask if Lucas is able and willing to travel to your location!

If you wish to cancel your service, you must cancel by sending an email to Lucas, at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the service. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the service, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount you paid. The other 50% of the amount you paid is not refundable. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time of the service, you will not receive any refund. The emergency services $500 fee is never refundable. Please note, the one hour minimum payment for "By the Hour" services is never subject to cancellation and refund and the prepaid one hour minimum will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
However, you may reschedule your service one time, provided you reschedule by sending an email to Lucas at least two (2) hours before the first (if there is more than one) scheduled date and time of the service. If you fail to reschedule at least two (2) hours before the scheduled date and time of the service, you will forfeit the amount paid.

You are 100% responsible for the security and integrity of your accounts and cryptocurrencies. Initiate Crypto and Lucas are not responsible for your misplaced, lost, or stolen passwords, credentials, private keys, seed phrases, or cryptocurrencies. Never share your cryptocurrency passwords, credentials, private keys, or seed phrases with anyone! If someone has access to this information, they can steal all of your cryptocurrencies!
